Timelines

Refund processing times are determined by the airline and typically take between 4 to 12 weeks. Aura Flights LLC does not have control over carrier processing speeds.

Service Fees

Aura Flights LLC service fees are non-refundable. Any processing fees charged by the airline for refunds will be deducted from the total refund amount.
